SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Program Description

This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have filled a form with Endeavor Roofing LLC through our website, or via our scheduling forms, and who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +13465233148. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Help Information

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected] or call +13465233148 during business hours.

Rejoin Information

If you previously opted out of our SMS messages and would like to rejoin the program, you may opt back in at any time by signing up again through the same method you originally used (such as submitting a form on our website or providing consent during registration). Once you re-enroll, you will begin receiving SMS messages from us as before. If you need assistance rejoining or encounter any issues, reply "HELP" for support or contact us directly at [email protected] or call +13465233148 during business hours.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message Frequency & Data Rates

Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages to confirm your appointment and to remind you of the time and date. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

By opting into the Endeavor Roofing LLC messaging program, you can expect to receive messages related to your specific service inquiries, appointment confirmations, and reminders. While message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with our scheduling system, users typically receive between 3 to 5 messages per booked appointment. You maintain the right to opt-out at any time by texting STOP.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.

Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

Privacy Policy

If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.
